Keihin Corporation was founded by Mahmudi Fukumoto, an Indonesian from Tulung Agung, beginning in mid-2007. Through his persistent efforts, Keihin Corporation Kabushiki Kaisha officially obtained its business license on January 22, 2008 in Kamata, Ota, Tokyo, Japan.

Keihin Corporation initially operated in construction under the Keihin Kougyou brand. In 2010, the company expanded into event organization through Keihin Tour. After Japan introduced policies to accept foreign workers under the Tokutei Ginou visa, Keihin Corporation expanded into outsourcing through TSK Keihin. In Indonesia, the company established PI. MF Indonesia as a worker-sending company. To support large-scale recruitment, Keihin Corporation also developed the Indonesia-Japan job matching platform Maha JOB.
